Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Returns due to non-seller-related issues (such as change of mind or incorrect sizing) will incur a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Certain items such as gift cards, digital products, and personal care items (e.g., opened cosmetics or earrings) are non-returnable. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
