Shipping policy

At Firm Industrial, we ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, using trusted carriers such as UPS Ground and freight services for larger or oversized orders. Orders are processed promptly during business hours and ship from our facility in Braselton, Georgia, once all items are in stock. Customers receive free standard ground shipping on orders of $500 or more (on non-discounted items) within the contiguous U.S.; a shipping fee will apply to all orders below that amount. Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier. Additional services—such as liftgate assistance, inside delivery, residential drop-off, or scheduled appointments—are available upon request and may incur additional fees. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or those requiring special handling (e.g., hazardous materials or bulky freight) may carry added surcharges, which will be disclosed at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Standard ground delivery typically takes approximately 2 business days within the contiguous U.S. Expedited shipping options such as Next-Day or 2nd-Day Air are available and can be selected at checkout, subject to carrier availability.
